Bobby Timmons — Easy Does It

I’ve always enjoyed Bobby Timmons’ playing and composing during his time in Art Blakey’s group, so I jumped on this when I saw it last summer.  1961’s Easy Does It was his third solo release for Riverside.  Sam Jones (bs) and Jimmy Cobb (dr) join him for this excellent bop trio session.  The groovy title track is included below.

I believe this is a first pressing–blue label with deepgrooves, “reels” logo, and “Bill Grauer Productions Inc.–New York City”.  The vinyl is glossy and well kept, but has a few light marks.  The cover is clean with most of the shrink wrap in place.
